At Dumanlar Forest Products, we are committed to providing high-quality Tiny Houses and Bungalows to customers worldwide. To ensure transparency and clarity in our international shipping process, we would like to inform our customers about the following terms and conditions regarding shipping, customs, and taxes:

1. Shipping Costs
   All shipping fees for international orders will be borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the shipment of products to their country, including any additional fees charged by the shipping company.                                                                                                                                                                                                          

2. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
   The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and other fees required by their country's customs authorities. Dumanlar Forest Products does not cover or include these charges in the product price.                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

3. Customs Clearance
   The customer must handle all customs clearance processes, including but not limited to preparing necessary documents and paying applicable duties. Any delays or issues related to customs clearance are the customer's responsibility, and Dumanlar Forest Products is not liable for such occurrences.                                                                          

4. VAT and Other Taxes
   Any Value Added Tax (VAT), sales tax, or other local taxes imposed by the customer's country are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.                                                                    

5. Liability Disclaimer
   Once the product has been shipped and has left our facilities, Dumanlar Forest Products is no longer responsible for any damage, delays, or additional costs that may occur during shipping or customs processing. The customer assumes full responsibility for the goods once they are handed over to the shipping carrier.                                                     

6. Incoterms
   All international shipments are made under the Ex Works (EXW) Incoterm, meaning that Dumanlar Forest Products is only responsible for making the goods available at our factory. All costs and risks beyond this point, including transportation, customs duties, and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
