This structure has a base area of 8 × 4 meters, providing a total usable area of 32 m². It is delivered turnkey, complete with a toilet, sink, shower cabin, and kitchen cabinets. Imported Ukrainian pine is used for the wood, and kiln-dried Ukrainian wood paneling (lambri) is used for the paneling. For insulation, Izocam is applied, and both the exterior and interior are coated with water-based wood paint or varnish for protection. It also features a wood-protected veranda.
