Our product has a base area of 8x4 meters, providing 32 m² on the ground floor, and the second floor is also 32 m², offering a total of 64 m² of usable space. We deliver our products on a turnkey basis. We use Ukrainian yellow pine and yellow pine wood paneling (lambri) both inside and outside. The exterior paneling is 18 mm, while the interior is 16 mm. We use yanman antigron copper cables. The flooring is AGT brand parquet. Both exterior and interior are coated with water-based paint, and we offer custom color options for personalized designs. There are multiple color options available for the kitchen countertops. In the bathroom, the shower cabin, toilet, sink, and WC floors are ceramic, and the walls are covered with waterproof plastic paneling. To prevent damage during lifting or transport, the roof is covered with 4 mm membrane topped with shingles. For insulation and protection against pests, we use Izocam. Under the parquet, we use foam underlay and Plywood, a Ukrainian material commonly used in construction formwork, made from 18 mm thick birch wood. The structure is built with double foundations and entirely from imported materials.
