The base area is covered with 255 mm standing seam metal roofing and provides 7 square meters of living space. The loft floors each offer 9 square meters. The interior is crafted from high-quality Ukrainian pine, while the exterior is finished with standing seam metal roofing. The insulation is made with stone wool Izocam and a moisture barrier, ensuring excellent thermal performance.
The electrical system uses flame-resistant anti-gron copper wiring. The flooring is AGT brand parquet, and the windows are 70 mm double-glazed. The exterior cladding is certified and comes with O2 approval.
