This tiny house, with a base area of 2.55 × 8 meters, features a 10 m² loft and a 5 m² terrace. It is currently under construction, with a total usable area of 35 m². The interior design will be shared as it is completed. The house includes two bedrooms. High-quality imported timber and imported Ukrainian wood paneling (lambri) are used. Both the timber and lambri are imported. The paint is water-based and provides wood protection. The structure is O2 certified, registered, and licensed. It includes kitchen cabinets, a toilet, and a sink. A veranda can be added to the front upon request.
