Birçok farklı yer ile tiny house yapımı için görüşmeme rağmen hem fiyat hem yaklaşım hem de kalite açısından tatmin olmadım. Fatih bey tiny house çözümleri ve yaklaşımı sayesinde bizi hemen ikna etti ve çok detaylı bir proje vermemize rağmen tüm isteklerimizi eksiksiz yerine getirdi. Zaman zaman proje değişikliklerimizde bizi kırmadı hemen yenilemeyi yaptı gerekirse 1 hafta daha fazla uğraştı. Sonuç olarak hem diğer rakiplerine göre daha ekonomik, daha güzel ve daha hızlı şekilde bir tiny house sahibi olduk. Şimdi keyifle tiny house muzu Bursada ki bir tiny köyünde kullanıyoruz. Bir kaç sene sonra tiny house umu daha büyütmek ve yeni modelle değiştirmek istersem tercihim tabiki tekrar burası olacak. Fatih beyle süreçten sonra dost gibi olduk bu dostluğunda devam etmesi dileğiyle teşekkür ediyoruz👋🏼.

Shipping and Customs Policy for International Orders
At Dumanlar Forest Products, we are committed to providing high-quality Tiny Houses and Bungalows to customers worldwide. To ensure transparency and clarity in our international shipping process, we would like to inform our customers about the following terms and conditions regarding shipping, customs, and taxes:

Shipping Costs
All shipping fees for international orders will be borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the shipment of products to their country, including any additional fees charged by the shipping company. -
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and other fees required by their country's customs authorities. Dumanlar Forest Products does not cover or include these charges in the product price. -
Customs Clearance
The customer must handle all customs clearance processes, including but not limited to preparing necessary documents and paying applicable duties. Any delays or issues related to customs clearance are the customer's responsibility, and Dumanlar Forest Products is not liable for such occurrences. -
VAT and Other Taxes
Any Value Added Tax (VAT), sales tax, or other local taxes imposed by the customer's country are the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. -
Liability Disclaimer
Once the product has been shipped and has left our facilities, Dumanlar Forest Products is no longer responsible for any damage, delays, or additional costs that may occur during shipping or customs processing. The customer assumes full responsibility for the goods once they are handed over to the shipping carrier. -
Incoterms
All international shipments are made under the Ex Works (EXW) Incoterm, meaning that Dumanlar Forest Products is only responsible for making the goods available at our factory. All costs and risks beyond this point, including transportation, customs duties, and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
